“Which Superpower Would You Want?” What Your Answer Says About You
Updated: Oct 20, 2020
Flight – You have always loved the idea of being able to fly ever since you saw Peter Pan as a kid. You’re the kind of person who always request a window seat on airplanes – you’re usually content to just look out the window and watch the world float by below you.
Stop Time – You thought being an adult would be more fun – school is finally over and you can just do whatever you want – but now it seems to just be nonstop work. You just want the option to pause the world and curl up with a good book from time to time.
Teleportation – You have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, and a tendency not to leave for somewhere until the last possible moment. You’re late to a lot of stuff.
Super-Strength – You spent a lot of time being picked last for team sports growing up, and even though on some level you know none of that stuff matters now, you’ve never been able to shake the idea that life might be awesome if you could just throw footballs into orbit without breaking a sweat.
Super-Speed – You really like the Fast and the Furious movies, but you’re not wild about cars. You’ve got a long and storied history of attempted gym memberships, but you can never seem to commit to a workout regimen. You really love the training montages in movies, but wish you could just have the athleticism without any of the hard work.
Mind-Reading – You hate being left out of things, especially other people’s conversations. People call you nosey, but mostly you just enjoy feeling like you’re a part of something. You hate going to bed early when other people are still awake, because you're sure you’re going to miss out on the best part of the night.
Predict the Future – You hate surprises. You never leave the house without double-checking that you have everything you think you might need throughout the day. There’s a decent chance you keep a change of clothes in your car, or at least an extra pair of socks.
Invulnerability – You love action movies, but you wish you could be more like the heroes, who can take astounding amounts of damage all throughout the movie without blacking out or bleeding out. You’re a bit paranoid about large cities, and are always a bit worried that somebody might jump out and attack you at any moment.
Telekinesis – You love Star Wars, and always thought having the Force would be the coolest thing in the world. You hate getting up to reach for things, and tend to arrange your workspace so anything you might need is within arm’s reach. You love your rolling chair at work, because it lets you pick something up from across the room without actually standing up.
X-Ray Vision – You should be ashamed of yourself, you pervert.
